Russian tennis player Andrey Rublev said the submission was a serious advantage for fellow countryman Daniil Medvedev in the final of the Dubai tournament.
Medvedev beat Rublev 6-2, 6-2 in the tournament’s final match on Saturday. The former world No. 1 extended his winning streak to 14 matches and won his third consecutive ATP title.
– In the first game a bit unlucky. We had a tough, tough match in which I lost serve. That’s all. Daniel played very well today. It’s hard to play with these players when they serve at over 200 km/h with such a high first-serve percentage and you don’t hit them often.
