Australian tennis player Alex DeMinor became the winner of the ATP 500 category tournament in Mexico.
In the final of the Acapulco tournament, the Australian dominated the American representative Tommy Paul in three sets, in the decisive match De Minor gave only one game. The match lasted about 2.5 hours.
For De Minor, the title was the 7th of his career in singles and the first in a tournament of this level – he had previously won only six times in competitions of the ATP 250 category.
