Gracheva reached the tournament final in Austin last week, where she lost to Ukrainian Marta Kosteniuk. The 22-year-old Russian played for the first time in the final of the WTA tournament.
In the updated ranking, Gracheva scored 879 points and is now in 66th position.
The top ten in the WTA rankings remained unchanged: Polish representative Iga Sventek (10,585 points) is in the lead, followed by Belarusian Arina Sobolenko (6,100) and American Jessica Pegula (5,485).
