He beat his compatriot Andrei Rublev (3660 points), which dropped to the seventh row. On March 4, Medvedev defeated Rublev in the final of the ATP 500 tournament in Dubai.
The Serb retains his leadership in the standings Novak Djokovic who was the first to cross the bar of 7 thousand points (7160).
