Ilya passed the Argentinean Andreozzi
Ukrainian tennis player Ilya Marchenko made it to the second round of the tournament ATP Challenger Tour 100 in Puerto Vallarta (Mexico).
Marchenko dealt with Argentinean Guido Andreozzi in two sets. During the match, the Ukrainian filed right through four times, made one double fault, lost two games on his serve and made four breaks.
Ilya’s next opponent in Mexico will be the American Christian Langmo. Recall that the last time Marchenko reached the quarterfinals of the Challenger was in May last year at an event in Shymkent.
The Ukrainian made it to the main draw of the tournament through the qualifying stages. In the final of the selection, Ilya outplayed Alex Rybakov.
