Daniel Medvedev noted the difficult end of the match against the American Francis Tiafoe in the semi-finals of the Masters in Indian Wells.
The Russian coach won the meeting in two games – 7:5, 7:6 (7:4).
“The ending was crazy. Along the way, I thought about the number of missed opportunities, and it might not end very well for me.
I’m just very happy that I managed not to lose this game. I would say that I am getting better and better. It’s not my favorite playing condition, but when you’re in the final you can’t complain, so I’m looking forward to tomorrow and hopefully I can show my best tennis.
In the final, Medvedev will play the winner of the match between Carlos Alcaras (Spain) and Yannick Sinner (Italy).
