Russian tennis player Daniel Medvedev rose from sixth to fifth position in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) rankings, an updated version of which is published on the organization’s website.
On Sunday, Medvedev was beaten in the final of the Masters Series tournament in Indian Wells by Carlos Alcaraz – 3:6, 2:6. The Spaniard became the number one in the standings, supplanting the Serbian Novak Djokovic .
Andrei Rublev kept the seventh line, Karen Khachanov dropped to 16th place.
