Elina Svitolina has become the second ambassador of the United24 fundraising platform. This was announced by the President of Ukraine in his traditional video message.
“Today (June 7), Elina Svitolina, our famous and very successful tennis player, has become United24 Ambassador. Together with Andriy Shevchenko, the first ambassador of United24, Elina will work to attract new support for our state, ”Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
Recall that United24 is a fundraising platform for collecting donations in support of Ukraine. In the first 4 weeks of work, more than $ 52.5 million came to the country with its help.
Money is collected for the most important needs: defense and demining, medical care and restoration of Ukraine.
