Athletistic/Tennis. The former third racket in the world, Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina, has commented on her return to the WTA Tour after the birth of her daughter.
“I got goosebumps. It was a very, very good atmosphere. It was so nice to see a lot of people and they really lifted my spirits in difficult times.
I just need to work on my physical form more. I think a lot of things will matter to me,” Svitolina said in an interview with the WTA.
Earlier in Charleston, Svitolina lost to Yulia Putintseva from Kazakhstan with the score 7:6 (7:3), 2:6, 4:6.
