A well -known tennis player in Ukraine said what he would do as ambassador of the UNITED24 platform.

Elina Svitolina commented on her appointment as ambassador of the United24 fundraising platform. According to the Ukrainian tennis player, he will focus on helping Ukrainian doctors save the lives of people affected by the Russian orc attack.

“Yesterday I had a Zoom call with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. Good news: I have officially become an ambassador for the UNITED24 fundraising platform.

I have always been proud that I am Ukrainian and have brought achievements for my homeland. Now, when he is faced with a despicable, cruel and ruthless enemy, I am also not on one side.

I will do everything I can to help my country win the most important battle. In this case – outside the tennis court.

I am honored to be part of an initiative that gives people hope, helps them survive and fight. Ukrainian doctors and paramedics, threatening their lives, rush to war zones to save lives, in need of medical supplies and modern equipment. I really respect and support this daily sacrifice, so I will focus my activities on it.

Together with my Ukrainian colleague Andriy Shevchenko, who joined the platform earlier, we will do our best to unite the world community in supporting the direction of Medical Assistance, ”Svitolina said.
