Kirios faced racism at the Stuttgart tournament

Australian tennis player Nick Kirios via social media, he said he experienced racism during a tournament in Stuttgart.

In the semi-final against the British Andy Murray (6:7 (5:7), 2:6) racial slurs were hurled at the tennis player. After the Aussie spoke towards the audience, the referee gave him a game.

– When will this end? How much longer to endure racist insults from the stands? I understand that I often do not behave perfectly, but statements such as “little black sheep”, “shut up and play” are unacceptable. When I decide to answer, I receive a fine. Absurd,” Kirios wrote.
