Athletistic / Tennis. Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina refused to shake hands with Russian Varvara Gracheva after the WTA-250 tournament match in Strasbourg (France). After the end of the match, the Ukrainian tennis player did not approach her opponent.
The quarter-final match ended in victory for Svitolina with the score 6:3, 6:4. The meeting lasted 1h23.
Thus, Svitolina reached the semi-finals of the competition. She will play there with the French Clara Burel.
Note that earlier Svitolina also did not shake hands with the representative of Belarus, Alexander Sasnovich.
