Athletistic/Tennis. 1995 Davis Cup finalist Andrey Chesnokov has given his opinion on Russian tennis player Mirra Andreeva’s chances at Roland Garros.
In the first round, the 16-year-old Russian will play with American Alison Risk, who is ranked 83rd in the WTA rankings.
Chesnokov said: “Any of the best tennis players will find it difficult to play against Mirra Andreeva. She can create big problems. She has a comfortable enough opponent in the first round to move on. And she has the possibility to beat all the players. I think Andreeva can go to the quarter-finals of Roland Garros. Every game she plays better and with more confidence.”
