Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya announced that she could not play at Roland-Garros due to an injury suffered during a tournament in Rome.
– Hello everyone. Unfortunately, my MRI after the game in Rome is not very good. I will have to give up the court for a few weeks. Very unpleasant… Hope to see you all soon,” Kalinskaya wrote on the social network.
In the first round, the Russian was supposed to play with US Representative Emma Navarro.
The main draw matches at Roland Garros will start on May 28 in Paris and end on June 11. Russian and Belarusian tennis players will play in the tournament in a neutral status.
