On June 5, Gracheva received an official letter confirming her naturalization. It was previously known that the tennis player had gone through the process of applying for French citizenship, and this has been confirmed. She was eligible for this naturalization because she had lived in the country for more than seven years. Gracheva has successfully passed the required language tests.
It has also been reported that Gracheva’s team hopes they can participate in the France national team matches at the Billie Jean King Cup ahead of the 2024 Olympics, which will be held in Paris, France.
