“I have a lot of respect for him. I loved watching him play on TV. When I first played with him, I was about to serve and I thought, ‘Roger is from the other side of the field.’ This is my childhood hero. believe he is real. All his records, his style of play is just amazing, what he achieved,” Tsitsipas said.
Federer and Tsitsipas met four times – the Swiss tennis player celebrated victory twice, the Greek won it twice. Roger Federer has announced that his return to the courts will take place in September at the Laver Cup exhibition tournament, which will be held in London from September 23-25.
