The competitions will take place from July 29 to August 6 on hard courts. This is reported by the official tournament website.
The Washington tournament will take place simultaneously in the men’s category (ATP-500) and in the women’s category (WTA-500). The list of participants in the men’s tournament already includes the names of Taylor Fritz, Felix Auger-Aliassime, Francis Tiafoe, Nick Kiryos, Grigor Dimitrov, Andy Murray and Gaël Monfils. Jessica Pegula, Caroline Garcia, Corey Gauff, Victoria Azarenka, Sloan Stevens and Elina Svitolina will participate in the women’s competition grid.
Recall that last year at the ATP-500 tournament in Washington, Australian Nick Kiryos won, and in the women’s category Russian Lyudmila Samsonova became the WTA-500 champion.
