Beindl lost in the 1/4 finals of the WTA tournament in Croatia

For the Ukrainian, it was the first quarter-final since November last year.

Ukrainian Katerina Beindl stopped at the quarter-final stage of the tournament WTA 125 in Croatian Makarska.

In the 1/4 final match, Katerina lost in three sets Rebecca Shramkova from Slovakia. Tennis players spent three hours and 22 minutes on the court.

In the first installment, the Ukrainian failed to submit a set and did not convert four set points. In the second set, Beindl took the serve after two hidden match points in the 11th game, and then completely made a break. The Ukrainian missed a victory in the third set, although she was leading 5:2.

Recall that in the 1/8 finals, the Ukrainian won the Russian tennis player. In the semi-finals of the WTA 125 tournament in Makarska, Croatia, Shramkova will play with Italian Jasmine Paolini.
