Gasquet beats Tsitsipas in Stuttgart for 600th ATP Tour win

French tennis player Richard Gasquet reached the quarter-finals of the Stuttgart tournament.

In the second round match, the 36-year-old Gasquet beat the Greek world’s fifth racket Stefanos Tsitsipas with a score of 7:6 (10:8), 2:6, 7:5.

For the Frenchman, this victory was the 600th on the ATP circuit, he became the fourth among current players to have submitted this achievement. Previously, Spaniard Rafael Nadal (1068), Serbian Novak Djokovic (1058) and Briton Andy Murray (725) have won over 600.

In the quarter-finals of the tournament, Gasquet’s opponent will be Germany’s Jan-Lennard Struff.
