The Ukrainian beat the representative of Chile Vera
Ukrainian tennis player Vitaly Sachko reached the final of the ATP Challenger Tour 100 in Bratislava.
Vitaliy defeated Vera, a tennis player from Chile, Thomas Barrios, in two sets. In the first set, the Ukrainian defeated the opponent – 6:4, and in the second set Sachko was inferior to his opponent, but managed to beat the Chilean with a score of 7:5. Athletes spent one hour and 56 minutes on the court.
It is interesting that this was the first game of tennis players among themselves, before the athletes did not intersect.
In the final, Sachko will fight against the winner of the second semi-final, in which Alex Molchan and Dimitar Kuzmanov will play.
Recall that Sachko made it to the main draw of the tournament in Bratislava through qualification. In the second round, Vitaliy defeated another Ukrainian Ilya Marchenko. In the 1/4 finals, the Ukrainian defeated Federico Coria from Argentina.
