Athletistic/Tennis. Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev shared his impressions of beating American Marcos Giron in the first round of the tournament in Halle (Germany) with the score 6:4, 6:3.
“It was a really difficult game. I can’t say it was the best game of my career. I still lacked the habit of playing on grass a bit. But regardless, my opponent played very well.
I’m happy to win because on grass sometimes all it takes is a break or a good serve to put the game in your hands. And I managed to do just that… I think there were only three games where I had the chance to serve him. I was able to take two and I faced all the difficulties that came up on my pitch,” the ATP press service quoted Medvedev as saying.
