Athletistic/Tennis. Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev commented on the victory over Serbian Laszlo Djere (6:3, 6:7 (5:7), 6:3) in the second round of the tournament in Halle (Germany).
“It’s not easy for me to play on grass… You can have a perfect game and lose in two tie-breaks, so it’s a bit strange for me. The best players like Roger Federer, on the one side, may seem like aliens, but you try to understand how they play on such a surface,” Medvedev was quoted as saying by the ATP press service.
In the quarter-finals of the tournament, Medvedev’s opponent will be Spaniard Roberto Bautista-Agut.
