Russian tennis player Daria Kasatkina the opponent in the first round of the British Eastbourne grass-court tournament has changed.
Initially, the Russian woman was supposed to meet a tennis player from the qualifier, and the Greek sixth seed Maria Sakkari – with Ukrainian Angelina Kalinina . In the updated version of the grid, Sakkari is absent, Kalinina is indicated as the opponent of Kasatkina, seeded ninth.
The tournament with a prize pool of over $780,000 will be held from June 26 to July 1.
Kasatkina is the first racket in Russia, she takes 11th place in the ranking of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA).
