Athletistic/Tennis. The list of “head seeded” tennis players for the upcoming Wimbledon 2023 has been released.
Among the Russian participants, Daria Kasatkina took 11th place, Veronika Kudermetova – 12th, Lyudmila Samsonova – 15th. Ekaterina Alexandrova and Anastasia Potapova occupy the 21st and 22nd positions respectively.
The top of the list is the Polish Iga Swiatek. The top 3 also included Belarusian Arina Sobolenko and Kazakhstan representative Elena Rybakina.
Last year’s Wimbledon winner was Elena Rybakina, who beat Tunisia’s representative Ons Jaber 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 in the final.
Wimbledon 2023 will take place from July 3-16 on grass courts in London.
