Russia’s Mirra Andreeva advanced to Wimbledon third round

Russian tennis player Mirra Andreeva qualified for the third round of the Wimbledon tournament.

In the second round, she met Czech Barbora Kreychikova (10th seed). The Russian won the first set with the score 6:3, and in the second set, with the score 0:4, Kreichikova refused to continue the fight.

The Czech tennis player took a medical time-out after the first set.

In the next round, the Russian will play with the winner of the pair Anastasia Potapova (Russia) – Kaya Juvan (Slovenia).
