In the second round, she met Czech Barbora Kreychikova (10th seed). The Russian won the first set with the score 6:3, and in the second set, with the score 0:4, Kreichikova refused to continue the fight.
The Czech tennis player took a medical time-out after the first set.
In the next round, the Russian will play with the winner of the pair Anastasia Potapova (Russia) – Kaya Juvan (Slovenia).
