Athletistic/Tennis. Today, the seventh of July, was the match for the second round of Wimbledon. Belarusian tennis player Arina Sobolenko won a voluntary victory over the representative of France Varvara Gracheva. Sobolenko talked about it.
– In the first set, I didn’t show my best tennis. It was a really crazy experience. But then I changed the strings, changed the playing a bit, and started feeling better on the court. I thought to myself – keep fighting and you can turn the tide. It was a very difficult match and I am very happy with the victory. I tried to fight, I was looking for my rhythm and in the second set I felt better, I felt that I had everything under control. And in the third I realized that I was back in the game,” Sobolenko said at a press conference.
