Ilya Marchenko won the first round of qualification for the Wimbledon main draw. In the first round, Ukrainian tennis player Jesper de Jonga from the Netherlands faced off.
The duel, which lasted 108 minutes, ended with a score of 7: 5, 0: 6, 6: 4 in favor of Ukraine’s second racket.
The Ukrainian sacrificed four aces for the duel against eleven from the opponent. At the same time, Marchenko made a double fault, while De Jong had three. Marchenko also converted two of four break points against three of six from the opponent.
