Ukrainian Molchanov won the second ATP Challenger Tour doubles tournament in a row

Denis’ third doubles title in 2023

Ukrainian tennis player Denis Molchanov And Andrey Golubev from Kazakhstan became the winners of the doubles tournament of the ATP Challenger Tour 125 series in Salzburg.

In the final, Molchanov and Golubev defeated the representatives of India – Anirud Chandrasekhar and Vijay Sundar Prashant.

In the first set Denis and Andrey made one break and won 6:4. In the second game, Molchanov and Golubev were stronger than their rivals in the tie-break – 10:8.

Molchanov, 36, won his second ATP Challenger Tour doubles title in a row. Last week, Ukrainian and Frenchman Jonathan Eysserik became the winners of the competition in Milan.

It is also Molchanov’s third doubles title in 2023. In May, Denis and Golubev became the champions of the tournament in Turin.
