The match, which took place on center court at Wimbledon, lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. Meanwhile, Marketa Vondrousova converted six out of seven break points and committed four double faults. Ons Zhaber, in turn, was able to make four out of ten break points and completed an ace.

For Marketa Vondrousova, this is her first Grand Slam title and the second title of her career. Previously, she won the Biel tournament only in 2017. Thanks to the victory at Wimbledon, she will climb 32 positions and become the tenth racket in the world.
