In the final match, Hsiye and Strytsova dominated the duo of Storm Hunter (Australia) and Elise Mertens (Belgium) in straight sets, the encounter lasting just under two hours.
Hsiye, 37, won Wimbledon in doubles for the fourth time in her career and for the second time with Strycova (the athletes had already achieved it in 2021). In total, for the representative of Taiwan, the title of the Grand Slam tournaments in pairs became the sixth, for the 37-year-old Czech – the second.
