Alcaraz leads ATP title race after winning Wimbledon

Spanish tennis player Carlos Alcaraz occupies the first place in the updated classification of the championship race of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), reports the press service of the organization.

On Sunday, the Spaniard defeated Serbian Novak Djokovic in the Wimbledon final – 1:6, 7:6 (8:6), 6:1, 3:6, 6:4.

The 20-year-old Spanish tennis player leads the championship race with 6,675 points. The 36-year-old Serb is in second place with 5,945 points.

The Russian Daniil Medvedev remained on the third line (5120 points).
