Alexander, German tennis player Zverev denied accusations of beating ex-girlfriend Brenda Patea.
Previously, Patea, with whom Zverev has a common daughter, Maila, accused him of causing bodily harm. The Berlin prosecutor’s office has filed a motion with the court to impose a fine on the 26-year-old athlete.
“I completely deny the allegations. My lawyers will deal with this issue, — quotes the words of Zverev Tages Spiegel.
The tennis player’s ex-girlfriend, Olga Sharipova, accused Zverev of domestic violence in November 2020. Based on an investigation in January 2023, the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) concluded that ATP rules were not violated and did not punish Zverev.
