Marchenko lost in the semi-finals of Wimbledon qualification

The Ukrainian failed to qualify for the tournament for the fourth time in a row

Ukrainian tennis player Ilya Marchenko lost in the semi-finals Wimbledon.

In the match of the second round of selection, Marchenko lost in two sets to the representative of Taiwan, Jason Jung. Tennis players spent an hour and 40 minutes on the court.

Marchenko converted two of the two breakpoints, giving the opponent four games on his serve. Also, the Ukrainian made four aces and made two double faults.

Ilya failed to break into the main draw of Wimbledon for the fourth time in a row. The last time a Ukrainian overcame the qualification was in 2017.

Vitaly Sachko left the Wimbledon qualification yesterday. The Ukrainian failed to finish the match against the Swiss Dominik Stricker.
