Athletistic / Tennis. Forbes has released its annual ranking of the highest paid tennis players in the world. The ranking takes into account earnings from September 2022 to August 2023.

For the first time, Serbian Novak Djokovic topped the standings. His winnings were $38.4 million. Second place was taken by Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz. The top three was closed by the world’s number one racquet, Iga Sviontek. And in 4th place was the Russian Daniil Medvedev.

Top 10 according to Forbes:

Djokovic – 38.4 million (13.4 million on the pitch + 25 million off the pitch);
Carlos Alcaraz – 31.4 million (11.4 + 20);
Iga Sventek – 22.4 million (8.4 + 14);
Daniel Medvedev – 20.1 (7.1 + 13);
Rafael Nadal- 15.5 (1.5+14);
Emma Radukanu – 15.3 (0.3 + 15);
Coco Gauff – 15.2 million (3.2 + 12);
Casper Ruud – 14.4 (6.4 + 8);
Naomi Osaka – 12.1 (0.1 + 12);
Jessica Pegula – 10.9 (4.9 + 6).
