Kyrgios, against ‘teaching’: “You lose …”

The Australian tennis player is in breach of a new rule that allows coaches to give directions to their players during matches.

Nick Kyrgios attacked the rule of ‘teaching‘, the help of coaches to players during matches, which will be introduced on the ATP trial basis after Wimbledon.

The Canberra tennis player, who has no coach, responded on social media Patrick Mouratoglou, former coach of Serena Williams and now working with Simona Halepand who defended a skill used “for decades in this sport”.

“I totally disagree. One of the only weird things about this sport is that it’s lost. The player has to manage the game on his own.. That’s the beauty of it. “explains Kyrgios, who also defends lower -ranked tennis players. “What happens if a top player plays against a lower profile player that a coach can’t afford?”He added.

Kyrgios is in the Mallorca tournament these days, where he reached the round of 16, but he had to leave the tournament due to a stomach problem so as not to compromise his Wimbledon options.
