Two Ukrainian tennis players will continue their performance at the US Open.
Ukraine will have its representatives in the second round of the US Open women’s singles. After the failure of three representatives of our country to start the tournament at the same time, Elina Svitolina and Lesya Tsurenko were able to continue.
The first racket of Ukraine has no problem in the rivalry with the representative of Germany, Anna-Lena Friesdam. The Ukrainian gave his opponent only four games in two sets, and easily won in an hour with a score of 6:3, 6:1. Svitolina’s next opponent is the Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova.
