Former Russian tennis player, winner of two Grand Slam mixed doubles tournaments Andrey Olkhovsky commented on the victory of the Russian Andrei Rublev against Frenchman Arthur Rinderkneh in the third round of the US Open.
Rublev won in four sets – 3:6, 6:3, 6:1, 7:5.
– Rublev’s first set failed. The first service was inefficient. But then Andrei adjusted his game and showed much better tennis, which immediately gave him a big advantage on the court. And the result finally turned out to be what everyone expected from Andrey, – Olkhovsky is quoted by RB Sport.
In the fourth round of the US Open, Rublev will face Britain’s Jack Draper on September 4.
