Efremova began her training at the academy of Patrick Mouratoglu in France, the former coach of legendary Serena Williams, when she was nine years old. Muratoglu, speaking about Efremova, highlighted her incredible athletic abilities: “Ksenia is an amazing athlete. You will even see that just by looking at her social media. She has flexibility, dance skills and can handle anything. Her physical form is at its best, and she has exceptional technique, she is also very aggressive and has a strong spirit.”
Efremova is ranked 154th in the ITF World Junior Rankings.
