French tennis player Caroline Garcia won the WTA 250 tournament in Bad Homburg, Germany.
In the final, Garcia, ranked 75th in the world rankings, beat the 64th racket Bianca Andreescu From Canada. After losing the first set, the French took the initiative and won the match which lasted 2 hours and 47 minutes. Andreescu committed six double faults, while Garcia gave his opponent no points when executing the serve.
For the 28-year-old French tennis player, this singles title was the eighth of her career.
