Russian tennis player Andrei Rublev suffered another defeat in the quarter-finals of the Grand Slam tournament.
Previously, the Russian lost to his compatriot Daniil Medvedev (4:6, 3:6, 4:6) in the quarterfinals of the US Open. For Rublev, this defeat was the ninth at the quarter-final stage of the Grand Slam tournament. The tennis player has never won at this stage of his career.
In the semi-finals, Medvedev will face the winner of the match between the Spaniard Carlos Alcaras, world number 1, and the German Alexander Zverev.
