Vitaly, together with the Czech Andrew Paulson, beat the duet of another Ukrainian Denis Molchanov with David Vega Hernandez
Ukrainian tennis player Vitaly Sachko went out to the final tournament ATP Challenger Tour 125 in Polish Szczecin.
Vitaly performs with Czech tennis player Andrew Paulson. In the semi-finals, the duo beat the first seeds, the tandem of another Ukrainian Denis Molchanov with the Spaniard David Vega Hernandez.
In the first game, Sachko and Paulson managed to take three of their opponents’ serves, missing two of their own. In the second set, Vitaly and Andrew made a breakthrough from winning four games in a row and won the match.
During the tournament, Sachko and Paulson knocked out the third seeds of the tournament, Germans Konstantin Franzen and Hendrik Jebens. Then the duo beat another Ukrainian pair, Vladislav Manafov and Ivan Lyutarevich, who competed under a neutral flag. In the final, Sachko and Paulson will play against the tandem of Zdenek Kolář / Sergio Martos (Czech Republic / Spain).
