The other Russians, Veronika Kudermetova and Ekaterina Alexandrova, fell to 19th and 20th positions respectively.
The ranking is headed by Belarusian Arina Sabalenka, while Poland’s Iga Szwiatek occupies second place. The top 3 is completed by the American Cori Gauff.
