“I still think Iga is the favourite. It’s not because she’s the best on the grass courts right now. She’s the best at deciding what kind of tennis she wants to play. It’s okay for her,” Wilander said.
Iga Swiatek played her first match at Wimbledon 2022 on June 28. She beat the representative of Croatia Jana Fett with the score 6:0, 6:3. In the second round of the tournament, Swiatek will play with Netherlands representative Leslie Kerchow. The game will take place on June 30.
