Athletistic / Tennis. The press service of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) announced the names of the tennis players who secured participation in the WTA final tournament. The competition will take place from October 29 to November 5 in Cancun (Mexico).
Participants in the 2023 final tournament included:
- Arina Sabalenko (Belarus);
 - Iga Swiatek (Poland);
 - Corey Gauff (United States);
 - Elena Rybakina (Kazakhstan).
 
The names of the remaining four tennis players who participated in the tournament will be determined later, based on the results of the WTA Championship Race.
It is worth noting that Arina Sabalenka qualified for the final season for the third year in a row and Rybakina will become the first tennis player from Kazakhstan to participate in this tournament. But Cori Gauff qualified for the Cancun tournament in singles and doubles.
