Svitolina, Stakhovsky, Sventek and Radwańska will play a match in support of Ukraine

The first racket of the world Iga Schwentek announced a charity match in support of Ukraine and Ukrainians affected by the war.

The event will take place on July 23 in Krakow. One of the participants in the match will be Sergei Stakhovsky.

Special guests – Andrey Shevchenko and Elina Svitolina. The Ukrainian tennis player will perform at the matches as a referee.

“For months I have been working with my team on a charity initiative for Ukraine to support those suffering from the war,” wrote Sventek on Instagram.

“Together with Agnieszka Radwańska, Elina Switolina, Sergei Stakhovsky and Martin Pavelsky, we will meet in Krakow on July 23 at a special event. We will play mixed doubles, also Agnieszka and I will play one set in singles. Both matches will be refereed by Elina Svitolina. We will also have a special guest representing Ukraine – ex-football player Andriy Shevchenko.”
