Athletistic/Tennis. Former world number one Rafael Nadal has spoken about his recovery from surgery, his training and his attitude towards improvement.
“I like to be careful. They say everything went well, but in general we have been through a lot. The reality is that I like to be careful and wait until deadlines are met and everything will be fine, I will be what I could have been earlier. For the moment it seems that everything went well, but it was a major operation and the truth is that we have to be a little more patient. I’m going slowly I’m doing what I’m supposed to do day by day.
If I have the opportunity to train well and be in great shape, then for me improving is a daily motivation. It doesn’t matter how old you are,” Nadal said in an interview with AS.
