Their opponents were a duo consisting of Slovak tennis player Victoria Grunčakova and Dutch athlete Aranča Rus. The match ended with a score of 6:3, 6:1 in favor of Zvonareva and Siegemund.
The duration of the match was 1 hour 12 minutes. The winners made an ace, committed three double faults and converted 4 out of 11 break points created. Grunchakova and Rus had two aces and three double faults.
In the doubles final of the tournament in Ningbo, Zvonareva and Siegemund will meet Chinese duo Hanyu Guo and Xinyu Yan.
