Mirra Andreeva beat world number 11 Krejcikova in one hour in Beijing

Russian tennis player Mirra Andreeva reached the second round of the WTA tournament in Beijing, confidently defeating the Czech Barbora Krejcikova .

16-year-old Andreeva, who entered the main draw through qualifying, won both sets with the same score 6:2, the match lasted 1 hour 2 minutes. Krejcikova is ranked 11th in the world rankings; she was seeded 10th at the tournament.

Andreeva’s opponent in the second round will be another Russian, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova.
