Italian tennis player Sinner qualified for the ATP Finals for the first time in his career.

Italian Jannik sinner made sure to participate in the final tournament of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) in Turin, according to the organization’s official website.

Sinner earned a place in the final after beating American Marcos Giron in the second round of the Masters in Shanghai.

The Italian tennis player qualified for the tournament for the first time in his career, but in 2021 he was a reserve and was allowed to play after his compatriot Matteo Berrettini withdrew from the competition due to a injury.

This season, the 22-year-old Sinner, ranked fourth in the ATP rankings, reached the semifinals at Wimbledon and won the title at the Toronto tournament.

Earlier, Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, Serbian Novak Djokovic and Russian Daniil Medvedev qualified for the final tournament, which will be held in Turin from November 12 to 19.
