In the final, Qingwen beat Czech Barbora Krejcikova (7th seed). The match lasted 2 hours 26 minutes and ended with a score of 2:6, 6:2, 6:4.
Qingwen is ranked 24th in the world rankings; the Chinese won the second WTA title of her career. Krejcikova is ranked 18th in the WTA rankings and has seven victories in Women’s Tennis Association tournaments.
